Riffa Fortress
This fortress served as the residence of the rulers of the Al Khalifa dynasty and the capital of Bahrain until 1896. In 1993, the Riff Fort was restored and opened to tourists.
Fort Salman bin Ahmet Al Fateh, as the fortress is also called, is characterized by its majestic architecture, which invariably fascinates tourists. The powerful walls of the fort with tall warlike towers on the corners can be seen from afar.
Bahrain Grand Prix Circuit
The international circuit for Formula 1 drivers is located 30 km south of Manama and runs through the Sakhir Desert. The Bahrain Grand Prix circuit was built in 2004, when the island won the competition for the right to host the prestigious race.
The autodromes are covered with a special compound based on coarse sand shipped from England. Racers appreciate these tracks for their high level of grip. Since 2014, the night race of the Bahrain Grand Prix has been held. The autodrome can accommodate 45,000 spectators, and an 8-story VIP tower for honored guests has been built on the track.
Royal Camel Farm
A visit to the Royal Camel Farm is ideal for a family trip. It is located on the outskirts of Muharraq, Bahrain's second largest city.
The farm is home to around 500 camels. Most of them are racing, but riding is not allowed. Camels are very friendly animals and reach out with their heads to people to be petted and scratched behind the ears. The zoo staff also give out bottles of milk to feed the little pets.
Al Arin National Park
Al Arin National Park is located 27 kilometers from Manama. It covers an area of 8 hectares, which is not much, but guests can admire numerous representatives of fauna and flora of the entire island.
The scale of diversity of the park's inhabitants is impressive - more than 500 rare animals. Among them: Arabian oryx, desert porcupines, wild camels, Persian gazelles.
King Fahd Bridge
The King Fahd Bridge is the largest road crossing structure in the region by length, connecting the country to Saudi Arabia. Spanning 25 kilometers, the bridge, named after one of the rulers of a neighboring state, cost more than $1.2 billion, with local authorities not participating in the financing of this monument to Bahrain (Saudi Arabia paid for everything).

Banni Jamran Village
To the northeast of the capital of Bahrain there is a small but very cozy and beautiful settlement. It is the village of Bani Jamran, and in the past it was considered a center of traditional weaving.
With the country's discovery of oil deposits, the enthusiasm for the development of this occupation on the part of the country began to fade. Of the more than a hundred weaving workshops in this village, about a dozen remain today. However, they still weave incomparable traditional black colored cloaks for women and excellent sarongs for men. Another attraction of Bani Jamran village is the ancient mosque.
Othari Park
This beautiful amusement and amusement park is considered one of the main attractions of the kingdom. It was laid in 2003 in the district of Zinj - on the site of the ancient oasis of Ain. Its area is 165 thousand square meters.

Bahrain Gate
Bahrain Gate is a historic structure in the city's business district.
The gate was built in 1945 and used to be considered the main entrance to Manama, but after the emergence of new neighborhoods, the gate was surrounded by urban development on all sides. Now the building houses a tourist office: here you can get information for city tours. A handicrafts store selling local souvenirs is open nearby.
