2. Oceanographic Park
Want to see the largest aquarium in Europe? Then you definitely need to allocate one day for its visit! In Valencia's Oceanographic Park, besides marine inhabitants, there are 45,000 animals, birds, and reptiles from different parts of the world. Here you can not only admire mysterious rays or lazy walruses but also take an underwater walk with sharks.

3. Queen Sofía Palace of the Arts
This opera house, located within the City of Arts and Sciences, resembles a spaceship due to its interesting architecture. But it impresses not only with that.
The Palace of the Arts skillfully combines tradition and innovation: symphonic concerts, opera and ballet performances take place here against the backdrop of ultra-modern decorations. This is a paradise for art lovers and those looking for what to see in Valencia and its surroundings! However, the prices here are accordingly high — a ticket can cost up to €200. But a couple of hours before performances, the price usually drops by half.

4. Lonja de la Seda
A walking tour through Valencia's historic center will introduce you to an amazing history, captivating mysteries and legends, allow you to see the popular Valencia attraction, the Holy Grail, and of course, admire the Silk Exchange. The name of this architectural monument can be translated as "Silk Exchange" and for good reason — in the Middle Ages, silk was indeed traded here. Today, La Lonja de la Seda attracts tourists with its crenellated towers and Gothic decorations on the facade, making it look like an old castle. Inside, there are also many interesting places to visit: the Column Hall, the Council Hall, and the beautiful orange courtyard inviting you to sit in the shade.
The Silk Exchange is located at Market Square, opposite the Santos Juanes Church near the Central Market, and is open daily except Monday.

5. Torres de Serranos
This architectural monument of Valencia is worth including in your list of the most beautiful places not only in Valencia but in Spain, which are a must-see. The towers are located at Plaça dels Furs, next to the dry bed of the Turia River. They were built in the 14th century on the site of ancient Roman city gates. While the Torres de Serranos were once part of the city walls and served to protect the city, today they house a museum, and from the towers, there is a magnificent view of the city where you can take beautiful photos as a memory.

10. Prehistory Museum of Valencia
