Upon arriving and witnessing several performances by the group called "The Fisherman's Friends," he begins to seriously consider promoting the group. His companions are delighted by the down-to-earth but talented fishermen. All that remained was to persuade the stern men from Cornwall to change their style a little and show themselves to the world.
The film's script is based on the true story of the British folk group The Fisherman's Friends.
