Drottningholm Palace
Drottningholm Castle is the residence of the Swedish monarchs, located on the picturesque Lake Mälaren. Members of the Swedish royal family still live in the castle, but visitors have the opportunity to walk through some of the halls of the residence and admire the luxurious interiors and picturesque gardens, in honor of which the castle is nicknamed "Versailles in miniature".
The chateau is surrounded by a picturesque park, which represents the features of Baroque style and is divided into two parts: French and English. There are green lawns with bushes of different geometric shapes, ponds and elegant bridges, as well as bronze statues and antique sculptures.
