Dobrý den.musím to tady ohodnotit,měli jsme letět v uteri 22 srpna Burgas-Praha dostali jsme se na letiště bohužel 43minuty pred odletem a společnost byla tak ochotna že vubec neměla zájem nám s něčím pomoc a ani poradit že mám dvoje malé děti a nikoho to nezajímá,raději odpověděli že" close " a odešla,to je přístup že jsme zameškali let a musíme koupit nové letenky a musíme odletět až zitra.Myslím že tato letecká linka (SmartWings) nemyslí na cestující a jen o peníze.
