The beaches of Antibes, unlike the Italian pebble beaches, are already sandy. Antibes and the quarter of Joan-les-Pins owns a 24-kilometer strip of magnificent private and municipal beaches on the Mediterranean coast.
Antibes' longest beach, La Salis, is located on the picturesque peninsula of Cap d'Antibes, at its eastern end. It is the quietest swimming spot on the Côte d'Antibes.
A little to the south is the second public beach of the peninsula, La Garoupe (La Garoupe), where you can admire the panorama of the green massif of the Tourette Park, which belongs to the Research Institute. The offerings for the beachgoer are varied and tempting.
The southernmost tip of the peninsula is the area around the legendary Hotel du Cap Eden Roc, often referred to as "millionaires' bay".
It is up to you to decide which beach is the best choice for a vacation in Antibes.
