To save time on single payments for lift services, experienced skiers recommend purchasing a ski pass, the cost of which varies depending on the duration of your stay on the snowy slopes. In Val Thorens, you can buy a ski pass for one day or for your entire holiday at the resort.
It’s also nice to know that children under five and seniors over 75 can use all the lifts free of charge. For other visitors, it’s most cost-effective to buy a family pass. If you’re traveling with your partner and more than two children, the third and fourth child can get a discounted ski pass, and on some slopes, they can even ski for free.
A six-day Val Thorens ski pass for an adult costs 355 EUR, for a teenager — 291 EUR, and for an adult over 65 — 88.50 EUR. Ski passes for the “Three Valleys” area are available at more favorable rates and with additional discounts.
