Disneyland
Probably few of us have not heard of Disneyland. The place where fairy tales come to life and children's dreams come true is in Los Angeles.
If you think that such places should be visited only with children, you are mistaken. Traveling here will bring a lot of pleasure and joy to a person of any age. It is this Disneyland is the "original version" of the park, from which all other entertainment parks of the world with the same name were embodied.
Here you will find exciting rides and carousels, show programs, meetings with your favorite cartoon and blockbuster characters, lots of goodies and themed souvenirs.
Griffith Park and Griffith Observatory
Griffith Park, at the eastern end of the Santa Monica Mountains, at 4,210 acres, is the largest state park in California. The park is home to the Los Angeles Zoo, the Griffith Observatory, a planetarium, a Greek theater, an equestrian center created for the 1984 Olympics, golf courses, tennis courts, hiking trails, and other attractions. Even dedicating a whole day to this place, you will hardly get to see all its attractions.
The Griffith Observatory, also dotted among the park, is one of the city's most interesting attractions open to the public. You can use telescopes for free while observing the mysterious celestial canvas. It is also home to unique solar telescopes that are used to observe the sun.
