On the spot immediately specify the time and platform for accuracy. The terminal is small, so queues are possible, especially during morning and evening rush hours - from 06:00 to 09:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00.

Avoid scammers and do not buy tickets from resellers. For waiting, we advise you to bring a phone with mobile Internet, a power bank, a light snack, water and small things that you need personally, such as headphones or an e-book.
