Tips for tourists
If you have already decided where to swim in Seville and chosen which is the best beach to visit, pay attention to these recommendations.
The best time to arrive is before 11:00, while there are seats and the heat is moderate. The peak hour is between 1:00pm and 4:00pm, especially in July and August, and the best beaches near Seville become crowded. The most aggressive sun is between 12:00 and 15:00. Be sure to take an SPF 30+ sanblock, water and a hat.
We also suggest bringing a beach towel, a change of clothes and slippers because the sand gets very hot. A garbage bag won't hurt. And take cash - not all beach bars accept cards.
We do not recommend swimming outside the designated areas, especially if there are strong currents or boats. Jellyfish are rare, which is a plus. As for drones - ask for permission on the spot, because rules may vary from zone to zone.
If you don't have a car, it's a good idea to download the Omio app in advance or check bus and train schedules to Cádiz or Huelva.
