Tarifa is the perfect city to shoot in. The old part impresses with its monumental fortress walls, the coastline with the stunning colors of the Strait of Gibraltar, and the countryside with green hills dotted with windmills. No matter who takes pictures of its sights, everyone gets amazingly beautiful photos of Tarifa.
But it's not easy to find them. The town is off the main tourist routes and is not large in scale - apart from the Old Town, there are only two main streets. There aren't many tourists, so it's not easy to find photos of Tarifa. Of those that catch your eye, half of them are devoted to smooth sandy beaches. The rest are photos of Tarifa's streets, mostly of the old part of the town.
Photos of Tarifa at night are rare, although the city comes alive at night. When the summer heat subsides, every bar is filled with vacationers. Local bands play and delicious cocktails are served. So few people care about photos of Tarifa at night - that's when tourists prefer to relax.
