New Year and Christmas in Lviv

This is a whole kaleidoscope of colorful events, where you can be transported to a real winter fairy tale. You can admire a Christmas tree or a creche on the square near the Opera House, walk through the New Year's and Christmas fair on Market Square. Also, in January, the International Christmas Festival is usually held, where you can hear carols and Christmas songs.

Easter

This is the biggest Christian holiday for Lviv citizens. On Museum Square there is a festival of pysanky, where colorful expositions of various materials are presented. There are also master classes on painting Easter eggs and traditional Easter fun.

Culinary Events

Chocolate Festival in Lviv

An incredibly colorful event that will be interesting for both adults and children. Here you will see exquisite figures and sculptures of chocolate of various shapes from Ukrainian masters, you can take part in different master classes of making treats and buy original gifts. And most importantly, try handmade chocolate products.

Cheese and Wine Festival

Here you will learn the traditions of cheese and wine making, you will be able to taste different kinds of cheese and wines and, accordingly, buy them. The most interesting spectacle at this festival is the squeezing of grape juice with the feet of the townspeople, as well as the making of a huge cheese cake according to an ancient recipe.

Coffee Day

"To Coffee in Lviv" is Lviv's festival for coffee lovers. The guests will find a coffee fair where you can try different kinds of coffee with the addition of fruit, whiskey, etc., an exhibition of coffee utensils, equipment and accessories, as well as exciting performances: competitions among baristas, cycling competition, the choice of the King and Queen of Coffee.

Beer Festival

The festival of craft beer and vinyl music in Lviv will delight guests with tastings of different types of beer from Ukrainian and world brewers, as well as expositions of vinyls from Ukrainian collectors. There will be master classes from leading brewers, where you can learn about the traditions of brewing and culture of drinking this drink.

City Day

This event is very important for all Lviv citizens, it is always colorful and large-scale. For many years of celebrating the Day of Lviv there are good traditions, namely: street theater performances, festivals, contests and other fun. A procession of knights on horseback, performances by musical children's groups and actors on stilts will be very exciting.

Jazz Festival

The Leopolis Jazz Fest in Lviv is held annually in open-air format with the participation of Ukrainian and world pop stars. Also, in addition to performances, you will see jam sessions, can take part in master classes and autograph sessions from the world jazz stars.

Fashion Week

Lviv Fashion week is a fashion week in Lviv, dedicated to the latest fashion trends. Many Ukrainian and international designers take part in the exhibition. Guests will be able to enjoy shows of exquisite designer outfits, as well as stylish clothes for everyday life.
