Hanoi's Bao Son Park offers various activities for children, including an oceanarium, a puppet theater, and various amusement rides. You can also take the kids to the zoo, where there may not be many animals, but you can feed them, which is sure to excite the kids.
Bao Son Park is vast and offers a lot of interesting attractions, including a craft village and a dolphinarium with shows.
Hanoi has two water parks: one at West Lake and another at the Royal City Shopping Center. However, please note that these water parks are not open during the winter season. Royal City does have an ice skating rink, though.
