Hoi An's climate can be divided into two seasons - dry and wet. The dry season starts from March and lasts until the month of August. The rainy season in Hoi An starts in September and lasts until the end of November.
It's also worth remembering that when the rainy season arrives, Hoi An is hit by intense monsoons that bring heavy and unexpected downpours to the city. There are sunny hours and even days between storms, but it's almost impossible to predict them in advance.
The other months of the year are characterized by a moderately humid climate with temperatures that can reach +30°C.
