The official languages of Belgium are three languages at once: Dutch, French, and German. The Flemish dialect of Dutch predominates in the northern part, the Walloon dialect of French can be heard in the south of Belgium, and German is slightly spoken in the east of the country (only in the German-speaking community).
If you are planning a tourist or business trip to Belgium, you will definitely need a Russian-Dutch phrasebook, as well as a German and French phrasebook.
