Obzor, located far away from industrial centres and crowded megacities, is rightly regarded as one of the most eco-friendly resorts in Bulgaria. Obzor has one of the longest coastlines not only in Bulgaria, but also in Europe. The length of the beaches is about 9 km.
Obzor's best beaches are covered with fine golden sand and are 60-70 meters wide. The entrance to the sea is steep, but there are many shallow and gentle slopes, which are ideal for children.
