One of the attractions of the resort is the unique city transport that runs through the streets of Saints Constantine and Helena. It is a small train with carriages — a "vlak" — that quietly and leisurely takes you around the town. The fare for the train ride is just 3 BGN for adults. There is also a small tram connecting the entrance of the Grand Hotel Varna complex with the entrance of the Sunny Day complex. The fare for the tram is 2 BGN.

The bus connection to Varna is lively and regular. In the center of the resort at the Romans Hotel is the terminus of buses number 8 and 31A. Some buses of route number 8 are double-decker buses, like in London. Along the Varna highway in the city limits there are bus routes 9, 109, 209, 309, 409, which go to Golden Sands. The fare for public transport in St. Constantine and Helena ranges from 2 to 6 BGN.
