Like other Bulgarian resorts on the Black Sea, Sveti Vlas is primarily famous for its colorful Bulgarian cuisine. However, it can safely be said that the full diversity of world cuisine can be found in the restaurants of Sveti Vlas. What to try on vacation in Sveti Vlas? Experienced tourists recommend to pay attention to traditional meat and fish dishes cooked on an open fire. Try tarator, banitsa pie, Shopa salad, famous kebabchichi. Please note that in restaurants the portions are quite weighty — 300-400 g, so some dishes can be taken for two people.
