- Bahr Dar. The second most important airport in Ethiopia. It is able to serve about 800 flights monthly. The airport terminal is based in the city of Bahr Dar at a distance of 8 km from its center.
- Aba Tenna Dejazmah Yilma. A major airport in the country that serves about 530 flights per month. It is located at a distance of 2 km from the center of Dire Dawa.
