The international airport is located on the outskirts of Seoul, 15 km from its center. It serves about 18 million passengers annually and is mainly focused on domestic flights. Of international flights, it serves Japan, China and Taiwan.
"Gimpo is South Korea's third largest airport in terms of passenger traffic. Previously, it was Seoul's main airport, but after the construction of Incheon, it reoriented to domestic flights. Gimpo has two terminals: a terminal for domestic flights and an international terminal.

How to pass the time
- Shopping. Duty free stores, bookstores and a pharmacy are available in Gimpo Airport for passengers on domestic and international flights.
- Dining. There are cafes and restaurants at both terminals where you can grab a pre-flight snack.
- Lounge areas. Passengers can pass the time in the lounge. The price of the service for domestic flights is 55,000 KRW, for external flights - 77,000 KRW.
Where to solve problems
- The medical center is located on the 4th floor of the international terminal.
- Parking. There are 4 parking areas in Gimpo Airport. Parking will cost 1,000 KRW for half an hour. For a day you will have to pay 20,000 KRW on weekdays and 30,000 KRW on weekends or holidays.
- Banks and money changers. They are located on all floors of the airport. If necessary, you can also get insurance at special points.
