Belgrade Nikola Tesla International Airport is the main air gateway of the Serbian capital. It is the busiest air terminal in the country, with an annual passenger traffic of more than 6.1 million people. The airport is located on the territory of the municipality of Surcin and is 18 km away from the center of Belgrade.
The air station serves as a hub for the largest Serbian airline Air Serbia and low-cost carrier Wizz Air. Belgrade Airport serves flights of 26 national and foreign carriers.
