On the third floor of Suvarnabhumi Airport, you will find a variety of establishments ranging from fast food to Italian pizzerias, restaurants offering a wide range of international dishes. If you don't want to spend much on food, you should head to the Miracle Food Point (Thai cuisine) food court.
• Shopping - duty free stores can be found on the 3rd floor. You will also find many other outlets selling a wide range of different products.
• Passenger Services - at the airport you can avail of the services of:

  • - medical center.
• Recreation area. On the 3rd floor are VIP lounges with en-suite bathrooms, a spa with showers, rooms for business travelers, entertainment rooms and other amenities.

Where to solve problems

• Information. Information desks are located on the 1st floor of the airport.
• Finance. Exchange offices are located on the 2nd floor; ATMs are located on the 1st floor of the airport.
• Car rental. Car rental companies are located in the arrivals hall. Local and international companies are available.
• Luggage. Luggage storage is located on the 2nd floor in the arrivals hall. The Lost Property Bureau is located on the 2nd floor and can also be contacted on (02) 134 221.
• People with disabilities. The airport is equipped with elevators and escalators.
• Hotels. Novotel Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (from 144 EUR for two people); Miracle Transit Hotel (from 87 EUR for two people); Avagard Capsule Hotel ( from 47 EUR for two people).
• Parking. Multi-storey parking lot for 5 000 cars is located right in front of the terminal building. Price list for parking on the territory of the airport:
