There are three ways to get to the city center from the airport:
By Metro. The ride costs 4.7 EUR and travel time is 15-25 minutes. You can walk to the Vitrolles Marseille train station, but it's better to take the free bus.
By company bus. The cost of the trip is 8 EUR and the travel time is approximately 40 minutes. Shuttles leave from platform 3 every 15-20 minutes.
Taxi. The cost of the trip is from 50 EUR during the daytime. If you come as a group of 3-4 people, you can split the cost.
