The Tax Free system is practically not practiced in Indonesia. It is only available in large stores in Bali and Jakarta. In order to get a tax refund, you must make a purchase of at least IDR 500,000, attach a completed invoice to the receipt and show your passport. Tax refunds are not available for food, tobacco products, beverages, weapons and goods prohibited for export.
While the list of how much alcohol you can bring into Indonesia is regulated by local law, how much alcohol you can take out of Indonesia is not set by customs. In this case, you'll just have to be guided by your country's customs regulations.
