You need to provide your passport, driver's license (with data in English) or international driver's license. This document must be valid for the next two years. You will need to purchase insurance, it does not cover the driver's personal property and is not valid outside of Israel, such as in the Palestinian Authority. The rental amount and security deposit will be blocked on your credit card. The money will be deducted from the card when you return the car. Cash deposits are not accepted, and Electron and Maestro cards will not be accepted.
