To rent a car, contact one of the rental firms - there are also international companies in the city, such as Avis, Hertz, Sixt or Budget, and local ones such as Eldan or Albar. You'll need to provide a driver's license (international or national plastic ID), passport and credit card to get a car.
Driving experience should be at least a year, the permissible age of the driver - at least 24 years old (otherwise you may be refused or asked to pay extra). When you hand over the car, you must record any damage or scratches on the car and add them to the contract.
Deposit-free car rental in Tel Aviv is not practiced, the amount of deposit depends on the class of car and on average ranges from 1900 to 4500 ILS.
Fuel is not included in this price (you must return the car with a full tank or you'll have to pay a fine).
