  • The Temple of the Holy Transfiguration of the Lord
  • This is an Orthodox temple. The temple was finally completed in 1908. The architecture combines elements of neo-Gothic and neo-Romanesque styles. The bell tower is made in the style of tent architecture used in Russian churches. One of the most memorable elements of the Cathedral is the mosaic on the floor of the altar.   • Stradun Street
  • The most iconic places in the city are concentrated in a distance of a couple of hundred square meters. And the main street of the city is called Stradun, which is pedestrianized. It is a neat shopping street. To it, in turn, adjoins a large number of small streets and lanes. Stradun leads to the central part of the city.

  • Ancient Town
  • The city is located on an incredibly high rock, which is framed by a walled fortress. The walls were erected back in the ХІІІ century. The thickness of the wall is on average about six, the height of about twenty-five meters. The total length of the fortress is almost two kilometers. Thanks to its unique Italian style, this part of the city attracts both tourists and movie directors.

  • Amerling's Fountain
  • It is located on the territory of the new city in the neighborhood of the gate to Old Dubrovnik. The main element as a decoration of the fountain is Dubravka - a sculpture of a fairy. The water from the fountain is drinkable.

  • The Church of St. Savior
  • The construction of the church began in the early fourteenth century and was finished after another hundred years. After the earthquake almost everything was destroyed. What to bring from Croatia

Albania is recognized as one of the most unexplored countries by tourists. Due to the political situation, the country has become completely closed. All religious buildings were destroyed. The Albanian language is interesting, but it will be quite difficult to have a normal conversation with a local. Young people, though weakly, speak English - some old people.

The city is among the oldest cities in the country. A lot of things were destroyed in Skadar during the political repression. The Shkodar Fortress is worth seeing here. Today it has been restored and equipped with modern technology.
