The quaint fishing village of Pržno, with just a few hundred inhabitants covering an area of 4 square kilometers, belongs to the Montenegrin municipality of Budva. According to legends, the village's history can be traced back to the 5th century AD. Much has changed over the centuries, but the genuine spirit of Pržno has remained constant - cozy, original, and authentic. It's a place filled with breathtaking viewpoints and panoramas, often featured prominently in travel agency brochures.
In addition to its welcoming streets boasting ancient architecture perfect for leisurely strolls, Przno offers travelers excellent beaches. One of these beaches, known as the King and Queen Beach, is considered one of the most beautiful coasts in Montenegro. The village's local parks also add to its charm.
A winding mountain path leads tourists away from Przno to two monasteries dating back to the 11th century, which are still active today. The monks residing there are eager to share the history of the local lands and the intricate history of Montenegro with every guest.
