Public transportation
Liptowski Mikulasz is located at the intersection of roads I/18 and II/584.The D1 expressway passes through the southern part of the town. The town is served by 5 gas stations, so rented cars and cabs remain the best way to get anywhere. Jasna with its best ski slopes is only 15 km away. And there is a direct and comfortable road leading there.
Transportation in Liptovský Mikuláš is also represented by shuttle buses to most of the surrounding towns and tourist centers, the bus station is located in the center of the town. Most hotels provide their own comfortable transfer to the ski elevators.
