Public Transportation
Many hotels in Ružomberok offer transfers to the ski elevators. From the end of December to the beginning of March, there is a regular free ski bus service from Ružomberok railway station to Malino Brdo, serving all elevators. This ensures convenient transportation for your ski equipment and arrival.
City Transportation
Ružomberok has a well-developed bus service connecting to the surrounding resorts. It is slightly more expensive than traveling by train. Bus tickets are available for purchase at both bus station ticket offices and from drivers. On average, ticket prices are approximately 1 EUR per 50 km of travel. There are European student and youth discount systems in place, as well as extensive weekend discounts.
Bus schedules may be subject to local changes, and information is provided on the bus station scoreboard (premava - the bus is running, nepremdra - the bus is not running). Pre-sale tickets are available for buses marked with the letter R on the information board.
