Security in Geneva

Unfortunately, Geneva currently leads the ranking of Swiss cities with high levels of fraud and street theft. There is a significant presence of pickpockets in various places, including public transportation, shops, markets, and train stations.

Secondly, there have been cases of expensive items or purses being snatched out of people's hands and disappearing. Thirdly, there are instances of fraud, with "tricksters" in Geneva using various tactics to take advantage of tourists. Additionally, a piece of advice for Geneva: if an egg hits the windshield of your car while driving along a deserted road, it's recommended not to stop, as it could be an attempt to stop the car for a potential robbery.
