There's no need to make any specific walking routes in Las Vegas: you can just walk down the main streets and encounter lots of interesting things at every turn. Outside of the center, however, there's not much to do.
Worth including in your Las Vegas hiking itinerary are the attractions that await you at the top of the Stratosphere Hotel. This is a "falling" elevator and carriage (in the top five of the world's scariest rides) and carousels, installed at a height of several hundred meters directly above the city. Tickets cost $36 USD and are valid all day, so there's no limit to the number of rides you can take.
Include a visit to the surrounding area in your Las Vegas itineraries. This rugged desert region is incredibly beautiful and majestic, and within 200-430 kilometers of the city are such stunning sites as Death Valley, Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and Zion National Park.
Only 35 km from the city is the beautiful Red Rock Canyon, just like in the cowboy movies. In 40 km from Vegas - Hoover Dam, in 100 km - Valley of Fire. In the city you can book tours of these places, and you can go on a tour by plane, jeep, helicopter or bus.
