There will be carnival processions through the streets of towns and villages, large-scale fireworks, and ornate boat processions along the rivers.
The festival in the clouds in the mountain town of Sapa is less large-scale, but strikes with its symbolism and beauty. And in the village of Daklak there is a fun elephant competition.
