Nassau's public transportation is represented by buses and minibuses (jitneys). But you won't find a regular schedule and numbers, they move rather chaotically, and often on demand. They run every 5-10 minutes, from 6:00 to 18:00. Shuttle cabs run along the coast and into the suburbs, and operate from 6:00 to 18:30.
