The temperature in the Adriatic Sea varies throughout the year from a minimum of +9°C in January-February to a maximum of +25-27°C in July-August. The tides are barely noticeable and rarely exceed 0.3 meters. Only during the fall-winter period, tidal rises of up to 1.7 m are possible. Waves in the Adriatic Sea are rare, and in the "high season" the main beaches of the resort are often completely calm.
The rainy season in Rabac falls between November and January. When the rainy season starts in Rabac, the rainfall is 110-130 mm per month and the water temperature in the Adriatic Sea drops to +9-10°C.
