Hannover Airport is an international airport in Germany, which ranks 9th in terms of passenger traffic in the country. It serves over 6.3 million people annually. The air terminal is located in the town of Langenhagen, about 11 kilometers north of the center of Hannover.
The airport receives a large number of international and domestic flights. Among the main carriers can be distinguished Lufthansa, Eurowings, TUIfly and other airlines.
There are 4 terminals functioning on the territory of the air station:
- A. A building with spacious halls and large windows, as well as 6 gates. The terminal was remodeled in 2014.
- B. A two-story building with a modern design. It provides 6 boarding gates.
- C. A building with a functional design and 8 gates.
- D. The smallest of the airport terminals. It is a single-story building that is used for private flights and VIP service.
The terminals are not far from each other. You can move between them on foot. Passengers are advised to study the scheme of terminals in advance to easily navigate the airport and quickly find the necessary exits and services.
