Lodz Airport Central Poland is an important transportation hub in central Poland. It is named in honor of Wladyslaw Reymont, a famous Polish writer and Nobel Prize winner in literature. The air station is characterized by its convenient location. It is 6 km away from the city center of Łódź.
The airport serves flights to international destinations, as well as domestic flights within Poland. Its passenger traffic exceeds 350 thousand people a year.
On the territory of the air station the following terminals are provided:
- Terminal 1. A two-storey building with modern design and 14 check-in desks, which was opened in 2012. It is the main passenger terminal for scheduled flights.
- General Aviation Terminal. Modernized in 1997. Currently serves general aviation flights and VIP flights.
- Cargo. Operates since 2009 and is designed to serve cargo flights.
Passengers are advised to familiarize themselves with the terminal scheme in advance to easily navigate and quickly find the necessary areas and services.

Lodz Airport has all infrastructural facilities for the comfort of passengers. There are waiting rooms, catering facilities, luggage storage, ATMs and a medical center. Free Internet via Wi-Fi is available in the passenger terminal. On the first floor of the departure hall there is a children's play corner.
On the territory of the air terminal there are many stores with a wide range of different groups of goods. In the departure hall you can visit Aelia Duty Free Polska. This is a duty-free store where you can buy alcohol, perfumes, cosmetics, toys and much more.
There are guided tours of the airport for organized groups. They last about 2 hours and require prior booking.
