Poland boasts 13 international airports located in all major cities (Bydgoszcz, Warsaw, Wroclaw, Gdansk, Gdynia, Rzeszów, Katowice, Krakow, Poznan and others). With the emergence of low-cost airlines Ryanair and EasyJet, airfields in small towns also became open for European flights.
A distinctive feature of Polish air gates is their close proximity to cities. Most of them have duty-free shops, money exchangers and ATMs, as well as snack bars, cafes, pharmacies and other infrastructure necessary for travelers.
