Fans of water games and activities are unlikely to choose Porto-Vecchio as their main destination. However, as a pleasant bonus, some of these activities can still be enjoyed here.
For example, the waters of the Saint-Giulia beach lagoon are perfect for windsurfing, wakeboarding, or wakesurfing.
You can rent a boat or motorboat, or learn windsurfing or kayaking at the local Le Pinarello school. If you don’t have your own gear, you can find it here along with an instructor. The rental cost for a windsurfing board starts at 15 EUR per hour, while a lesson with an instructor costs between 60 and 100 EUR, depending on duration, skill level, and season.
Still, keep in mind that you’re unlikely to find spectacular waves here — so water fun will come without any extreme thrills.
