Argo Cable Car

One of the longest cable cars in Georgia. Passengers cover about 2.5 km in about 10 minutes at a height of 50 meters. The cost is around 15 GEL. The ascent begins near the seaport and ends at Mount Fero.

Once you reach the top, you will discover a small viewing platform where a small church, cafes, and souvenir shops are located. Take your time here and take in the view of the city, as it unfolds before you.

Cathedral of the Holy Virgin Mary

Visiting this cathedral will be interesting not only for believers. The cathedral was initially established as a Catholic church but now functions as an Orthodox one. Italian architects created a truly wonderful masterpiece of art, which was later included in the cultural heritage list of Batumi. When you enter, pay attention to the beautiful stained glass artwork.

Batumi Art and Music Center

The palace is impressive both from the outside and inside. The building is so beautiful that tourists often refer to it as the Crystal Palace. The center offers a wide repertoire of ballet, opera, musical performances, and concerts. Every year, the theater opens its doors to guests of the Batumi Music Fest festival.

Singing Fountain Show

Takes place at Ardagan Lake. The performance starts at 21:00 from May to September. You can enjoy the mesmerizing show comfortably sitting in one of the nearby cafes or relaxing on a bench in the park.

"Ali and Nino" Statue

A statue of love inspired by the novel's characters. The talented sculptor, Tamara Kvesitadze, depicted the love story of a Georgian girl and an Azerbaijani boy in the sculpture. Watch the statue, and in just 10 minutes, it will tell you a story of encounters and separations that is familiar to every couple.

Piazza Square

Queen Tamar's Bridge

The bridge is both beautiful and dangerous. It was built during the reign of Queen Tamar (over 900 years ago) and is 29 meters long and 2.5 meters wide. Its main feature, the absence of railings, may frighten those who fear heights, but it attracts everyone who wants to take interesting photos and challenge their nerves.

Botanical Garden

Tourists visit here all year round. For 15 GEL, you can see flora from around the world. The park covers an area of 113 hectares and is divided into 21 climatic zones. The garden is laid out on slopes that descend straight into the sea, with plants arranged at different heights. Carefully placed bamboo benches allow you to rest at any moment.

Martvili Canyon

It is one of the main attractions of Adjara. This natural wonder was formed many years ago but has only been open to visitors relatively recently. The uniqueness of the canyon lies in the combination of boat rides and walks to the waterfalls.

It will cost you 13 GEL per person for a 20-30 minute ride. You will be provided with a life jacket and taken on a tour of the cool, calm water with breathtaking views.

Old Tbilisi

The old city occupies the territory where Tbilisi was located in the 12th century. It is characterized by narrow, cobblestone streets that slope up and down, and medieval buildings made of brick and clay.

Sioni Cathedral

Historically the main cathedral of Tbilisi, named after Mount Zion and consecrated in honor of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. It is located on the banks of the Kura River in Old Tbilisi. It was built by the order of Byzantine dignitary Guaram I in the 6th century but was destroyed by the Arabs. It was reconstructed in the 12th century and has undergone several renovations since then.

Bridge of Peace

Recently, it has become the main attraction of the capital. The Bridge of Peace can be visited both during the day and in the evening. In the evening, it sparkles and shimmers with thousands of lights. Narikala Fortress

The oldest architectural monument in the country is located in Tbilisi, on the ridge of Mount Mtatsminda, offering a magnificent view of the city. The construction of the fortress dates back to the 4th century AD. In the 19th century, the lower bastions of the fortress were demolished, and the earthquake of 1827 destroyed the fortress, which has not been restored since then.

From Narikala Fortress, walk to the monument of Mother Kartli, built to celebrate the 1500th anniversary of the Georgian capital.

Rike Park

Okatse Canyon

To admire breathtaking views, take a walk on a suspension bridge over a 50-meter-deep gorge, and see the ruins of the Dadiani Castle, you can go on an excursion to the Okatse River Canyon. The total length of the trail is 7 km, but if desired, you can shorten it to 2 km by taking a taxi that will take you to the starting point. The entrance fee is 17 GEL for adults and 8 GEL for children.

Prometheus Cave

The natural beauty of the cave, skillfully highlighted with lighting and enchanting music, allows you to immerse yourself in a fairytale world. The ticket price is 20 GEL for adults and 5 GEL for children. For 15 GEL, you can take a boat ride on an underground river.

Samtskhe-Javakheti - a center of active recreation and history

This region primarily attracts tourists in winter when the ski resorts are open. In summer, we recommend visiting the main historical sites of the region.

Rabati Fortress

The fortress is located in the border town of Akhaltsikhe and has been almost completely reconstructed. From ancient times, it served as a strategically important citadel for many generations. Now, this historical monument sprawls over an area of 7 hectares. It consists of upper and lower parts. In the lower part, you will find a local hotel, shops, and cafes, while the upper part features a historical museum, an Orthodox church, a mosque, and a stone tower.

Vardzia Cave City

It is located near Akhaltsikhe. While exploring the city, you can visit almost all the caves here and enjoy the panoramic views from numerous observation decks. It is best to reach here by car or with a guided tour. Visiting Vardzia is often combined with a visit to Rabati Fortress in one tour.

Borjomi

The world-famous resort attracts everyone who wants to relax in the mineral water pools or enjoy the greenery of the natural park. The resort is known for its healing waters and spa facilities.
