The fauna of Forte dei Marmi, like the rest of Ischia island, is incredibly diverse. Once again, at the foot of Mount Epomeo, you can encounter herds of sheep and goats raised by local shepherds. The resort's climate attracts migratory birds, so from March to May, you can spot swallows, thrushes, wagtails, goldfinches, and falcons.
