In 4–5 hours, you will be able to visit all the towns on the island — Ischia (the island's center), Casamicciola Terme, Lacco Ameno, Forio, Serrara Fontana, Barano.
A worthy alternative to a bus tour in Forio is visiting Rome, Naples, or climbing Mount Vesuvius. However, be prepared that such trips are not cheap: for example, a tour to Rome costs approximately 150–180 EUR, and a trip to Capri about 60–70 EUR.
