The city has many shopping areas: Stazione Marittima near the port, the main shopping streets Via Calabritto, Via Roma (where you can find boutiques of the most famous international brands - Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Prada), Piazza dei Martinri (Salvatore Ferragamo, Armani and Versace), Via dei Mille and Via Gaetano Filangieri (look here for Zegna, Guess, Bulgari, Hermes).
Of particular interest is the largest mall in Naples, MARIANO RUBINACCI (you'll find mostly youth wear). One of the best shopping chains in Naples is MAXI-NO, each branch specialises in a different age category, style or selection of brands.
On Via San Carlo, visit Galleria Umberto, not only an architectural jewel in Naples, but also a huge mall with many boutiques (one of the best places to spend money, according to shopping reviews in Naples!).
Keep in mind that Naples is a southern city and this has an impact on the opening hours of the shops. They open at 9am, then close at around 1:30pm to reopen at 4pm-17:30pm and run until 8pm. The major shopping centres in Naples are closed on Sundays, as are most of the other shops.
The largest outlet in Naples, Vesto Shopping Firmato, is located near the airport. The range of goods is impressive - Tommy Hilfiger, Benetton, Nike, Sisley, Promos, Motivi and Tezenis products can be purchased with a 90% discount. Near Naples there are La Reggia Designer Outlet (130 boutiques) and Centro Commerciale Campania (over 180 shops), which offer year-round discounts of up to 70%.
