Lakeerbad is a small cozy town, with three main streets. In the central area you can find a large number of sports stores. There are also many stores where you can find Swiss bed linen, home knitwear and cosmetics. Behind the counters of most stores are the owners themselves, and a good half of all goods sold are made by their hands.
In Leukerbad, food delivery is practiced in almost all local hotels and inns. However, the Swiss are a very selective nation and Chinese food is unacceptable here, which means delivery to Leukerbad is almost unrealistic. Sushi delivery to Leukerbad is not very popular either.
Thai food is not popularized either, as it would cost a fortune to get it to Leukerbad from another continent. The only thing we are used to in Switzerland is Leukerbad pizza delivery, as there are several pizzerias in the town that skillfully prepare not only pizza, but also pasta and grilled meat.
