In the Swiss town of Leukerbad, there are two schools offering alpine skiing lessons. Whichever one you choose, experienced ski instructors will teach you everything you need to know in a short time to make your skiing experience as safe and injury-free as possible.
To learn the basics of alpine skiing, you can take a group course at ski schools. In this case, one day of lessons will cost you CHF 42 and 5 days CHF 190. If you prefer individual lessons, you will have to pay CHF 130-140 for two hours.
It is possible to use the services of an instructor throughout the daylight hours. With a paid lunch break, the cost will be CHF 350. You will also have to rent equipment before learning to ski, for which you will have to pay extra.
