City transportation
Transportation in Zermatt includes horse-drawn carriages and electric cars. While the former are more for sightseeing around town, the latter will take you anywhere you want to go.
Take an electric car in the resort's central square. It will take you to the elevators without any problems. However, you can also just walk there. Zermatt's size allows you to do this without too much trouble.
