Let's start with the five-star hotels. Accommodation in central districts will cost from 100 EUR. But you can find offers starting from 60 EUR (usually in the off-season).
In the 4-star hotels in Istanbul, of which there are most in the city, you can find a room for 40 EUR and more. At the 3-star hotels, the rates start at 25 EUR.
The cheapest place to stay is in a hostel - 6-22 EUR per bed in a shared room. Many hostels include breakfast. A private room for one or two people is also available, starting at 30 EUR.
For rented rooms Turks can ask for 30 EUR, though bargaining is not yet cancelled. Prices for accommodation in Istanbul are influenced by the time of year. For example, in November and February, almost all hotels offer rooms with a 30% discount.
