Kids can be taken to the island of Sir Bani Yas, which is 250 kilometers from the city. It is home to a wildlife park that is home to a huge number of species, including some of the rarest. Many local travel agencies offer excursions to the park.

And also be sure to take the kids to the themed water park on Yas Island. The park is huge - it's almost 50 slides within 15 soccer fields. Five of the rides are so unique that they are unparalleled anywhere else in the world.
