There are only two options for getting from the local airport to the tourist center - a cab and a bus.
A cab will cost 55-70 AED and the trip will take about 40 minutes. Bus #901 will take you to the city for 3 AED, but it leaves every 30-40 minutes from the exits of terminals 1 and 2.
