Jumeirah vacation prices
It's understandable that vacationing in Jumeirah is expensive, after all, we're talking about the most prestigious area of one of the most chic cities on the planet!
Flight and accommodation are usually the biggest expense. So, for air travel to Dubai you will have to pay from 1100-1500 AED per person round trip, and accommodation during your vacation for two in Jumeirah will cost an average of 450 AED per day. That's if you don't plan to stay in five-star hotels, but if you're going to poforsit, a day's accommodation can cost from 1.5 to tens of thousands of AED.
Catering costs are modest by comparison: lunch in a casual restaurant costs about 100 AED, in fine dining establishments about 500 AED, and in a good café you can have a hearty lunch for 50 AED.
Add to Jumeirah's holiday prices the costs of cultural programs, beach vacations and souvenirs. It all depends on your willingness to spend money. Independently visiting aquariums, mosques, museums, zoos, you will spend 5-100 AED per entrance. If you want to go around the sights, inviting a personal guide, you will have to pay 1000 AED. Beaches are paid and free, the former, in turn, are divided into ordinary and fashionable club. You'll pay 5 AED to enter a regular paid beach and 150-200 AED for a club beach.
A car rental will cost another 80-150 AED per day, and if you use cabs, expect to spend an average of 30-50 AED per trip.
Cautionary note: Jumeirah vacation reviews say it's hard to stop in time to buy even simple souvenirs. And when it comes to shopping opportunities, they're unbelievable. So decide in advance how much money you're willing to spend on souvenirs, shopping and entertainment.
